Scope of Work: Process Audit & Recommendations

a)   Process Audit

We shall audit the various process parameters of shot blasting / paint application process, which can ensure correct results at minimum cost.

b)   Recommendations:

Based on the findings of the process audit, we shall evaluate the current operating cost and provide recommendations for improving the Shot Blasting process and possible cost savings.

c)   Process Optimization:

The Blasting Time, Productivity & Abrasive Consumption in a Shot Blasting process depends on various factors like Process Parameter Settings, Type of application, Design of the machine, Quality & Specs of Abrasives (Shots / Grits).

Based on audit observations and benchmark data collected during audit, we shall conduct the process settings and fine tuning of process parameters for optimizing the results. This includes;
